You will receive your payment confirmation within a few minutes of making payment. Your E Ticket itinerary will be emailed to you within 7 days of payment. Most itineraries are issued within 24 hours but some fares do take longer. If you have not received these documents, please check your spam and junk, and ensure that you used the correct email address. If you think you have made an error with your email, please phone our Customer Care team (see Contact Us on our website). If you have received your payment confirmation and have not received your itinerary, but need it to apply for a Visa, please contact the Customer Care team.
For Canada go here. For the USA, go here. If you do not qualify for an electronic Visa, you will need to contact the consulate for advice. Even if you are only transiting The USA or Canada, you are required to have a visa. Most people can apply for an online Visa/ESTA please apply at least 7 days prior to travel date. NO SAME DAY ESTA APPLICATIONS ARE PERMITTED.

You can check your flight status on your airline’s website or on a travel tracker site such as Flight Stats. Or you can download the app. Please note that last minute changes may not reflect on these sites.
